Bruce D. Glassman, M.D.


Dr. Bruce Glassman, a native of Hillside, New Jersey, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Glassman received his medical degree in 1988 from Tufts University of Medicine. In 1992, Dr. Glassman completed a three-year residency in Dermatology at Brown University, in Providence, Rhode Island.

He then performed a one-year fellowship concentrating in Dermatological Surgery at the New England Medical Center in association with Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. Glassman has published articles in the Archives of Dermatology and presented research at national meetings. He is a board certified diplomat of the American Academy of Dermatology and is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at George Washington Hospital

Dr. Glassman is the founding member of Capital Dermatology and has been practicing in the Alexandria medical community since 1994. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the DC Dermatological Society.

Teresa Nasabzadeh, M.D.

Dr Teresa Nasabzadeh

Dr. Teresa Nasabzadeh, a native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, graduated as co-valedictorian from Lafayette College where she pursued a double major in Biology and Government and Law. Dr. Nasabzadeh received her medical degree in 2010 from Georgetown University School of Medicine. She then completed a five year combined residency program in Dermatology and Internal Medicine at Medstar Georgetown University-Washington Hospital Center. She is board certified by the American Board of Dermatology.

Dr. Nasabzadeh has published articles in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and has presented research at the American Society of Clinical Oncology annual meeting. She has particular interest pediatric dermatology, cutaneous oncology, and the management of complex dermatologic diseases.

In her free time Dr. Nasabzadeh enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.

Marvin Chadab, M.D.

Marvin Chadab, MD

Dr. Marvin Chadab graduated from Albert Einstein Medical College in New York in 1974. He then completed a Dermatology Residency at the United States Public Health Service in Staten Island and completed a fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian.

Dr. Chadab started a solo private practice in Oxon Hill, Maryland in 1977 and opened two satellite offices in Arlington and Mount Vernon, Virginia (1981 and 1991). After the arrival of his granddaughter Dr. Chadab and his wife decided to spend more time with their family and closed the three offices in May 2015.

He began working for Capital Dermatology in June 2015 and is thoroughly enjoying being able to see so many of his old patients as well as new.

In his free time, Dr. Chadab enjoys his adorable first granddaughter, attending Washington Capitals hockey games, participating in WWI reenactments, collecting militaria, and listening to “old man’s” music on his small boat somewhere near Pohick Bay, while wearing sunscreen!

David Kon, PA-C


David Kon, a native of Cherry Hill, NJ, graduated from Rutgers University in 2001.  Before his Physician Assistant program, David completed a medical research internship at Vanderbilt University, and also conducted and administered experiments at the Center for Substance Abuse Research at Temple University.

David attended the Physician Assistant Program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received the Humanitarian Award and was a key speaker at his graduation. David joined Capital Dermatology in 2004 as the practice’s first Physician Assistant.  His responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting tests, counseling on preventive healthcare, and prescribing medications.  David is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Tania Milling, PA-C

Tania Milling, PA-C

Tania Milling, a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She received her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Tania has been practicing as a dermatology Physician Assistant since 2007.

Tania is skilled in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She enjoys treating a wide range of dermatologic skin conditions including skin cancer screenings, eczema, psoriasis, acne, skin cancers, dermatitis and anti-aging. Tania is skilled in cosmetic lasers, injecting botox, dysport and dermal fillers.

Tania is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Virginia Association of Physician Assistants. In her free time, she enjoys travel, running, concerts and outdoor activities.

Clinical Interests: Skin cancer, acne, psoriasis and other inflammatory skin conditions, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.
