Bruce D. Glassman, M.D.


Dr. Bruce Glassman, a native of Hillside, New Jersey, graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Glassman received his medical degree in 1988 from Tufts University of Medicine. In 1992, Dr. Glassman completed a three-year residency in Dermatology at Brown University, in Providence, Rhode Island.

He then performed a one-year fellowship concentrating in Dermatological Surgery at the New England Medical Center in association with Tufts University School of Medicine.

Dr. Glassman has published articles in the Archives of Dermatology and presented research at national meetings. He is a board certified diplomat of the American Academy of Dermatology and is an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at George Washington Hospital

Dr. Glassman is the founding member of Capital Dermatology and has been practicing in the Alexandria medical community since 1994. He is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the DC Dermatological Society.

Marvin Chadab, M.D.

Marvin Chadab, MD

Dr. Marvin Chadab graduated from Albert Einstein Medical College in New York in 1974. He then completed a Dermatology Residency at the United States Public Health Service in Staten Island and completed a fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian.

Dr. Chadab started a solo private practice in Oxon Hill, Maryland in 1977 and opened two satellite offices in Arlington and Mount Vernon, Virginia (1981 and 1991). After the arrival of his granddaughter Dr. Chadab and his wife decided to spend more time with their family and closed the three offices in May 2015.

He began working for Capital Dermatology in June 2015 and is thoroughly enjoying being able to see so many of his old patients as well as new.

In his free time, Dr. Chadab enjoys his adorable first granddaughter, attending Washington Capitals hockey games, participating in WWI reenactments, collecting militaria, and listening to “old man’s” music on his small boat somewhere near Pohick Bay, while wearing sunscreen!

David Kon, PA-C


David Kon, a native of Cherry Hill, NJ, graduated from Rutgers University in 2001.  Before his Physician Assistant program, David completed a medical research internship at Vanderbilt University, and also conducted and administered experiments at the Center for Substance Abuse Research at Temple University.

David attended the Physician Assistant Program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where he received the Humanitarian Award and was a key speaker at his graduation. David joined Capital Dermatology in 2004 as the practice’s first Physician Assistant.  His responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting tests, counseling on preventive healthcare, and prescribing medications.  David is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Tania Milling, PA-C

Tania Milling, PA-C

Tania Milling, a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She received her Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant studies from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Tania has been practicing as a dermatology Physician Assistant since 2007.

Tania is skilled in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She enjoys treating a wide range of dermatologic skin conditions including skin cancer screenings, eczema, psoriasis, acne, skin cancers, dermatitis and anti-aging. Tania is skilled in cosmetic lasers, injecting botox, dysport and dermal fillers.

Tania is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Virginia Association of Physician Assistants. In her free time, she enjoys travel, running, concerts and outdoor activities.

Clinical Interests: Skin cancer, acne, psoriasis and other inflammatory skin conditions, surgical and cosmetic dermatology.

Emily Grisnik, PA-C

Emily graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Science and certificates in Psycho-Social Issues in Rehabilitation and Personal Care, Conceptual Foundations of Medicine and Emergency Medicine.

She went on to graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2015 and has been practicing in Dermatology ever since.

She has also completed work in the clinical, educational and research settings abroad in Ireland.

Emily has interests in clinical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She is passionate about treating a wide variety of medical conditions including autoimmune, inflammatory, acne, rashes and warts. She also focuses on full skin checks, skin cancer and surgery. Emily is skilled in cosmetics including Botox, Dysport, Dermal Fillers, Kybella, Microneedling and Lasers.

She is a Fellow member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, a Derm Care Team member of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

In her spare time, she enjoys skiing, traveling and spending time with her fur baby, family and friends.

Nina Garcia, PA-C

Nina Garcia

Nina Garcia was born and raised in Miami, FL. She attended Florida International University where she received a Master of Science in Social Work. She then attended the Physician Assistant Program at Miami- Dade University where she graduated in 2006.

She worked for 6 years as a dermatology Physician Assistant before relocating to Baltimore, MD where she has worked for the last 5 years. Her clinical interests include acne, eczema and skin cancer. Nina is very passionate when treating patients. She is dedicated to continuing education to offering her patients the highest level of care.

Capital Dermatology would like to introduce, Donna, our new licensed Aesthetician and her full menu of services!

Donna Goyda has over 25 years of experience within the spa industry. After managing a spa in Wilmington, NC she attended and completed her Aesthetics training at Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) in Wilmington, NC.

Upon completion of her education, she co-founded a salon and spa. She worked in a Medical Spa and continued her career in a Dermatologist Office.

Donna recently relocated to Alexandria, Va. She specializes in skin pigmentation concerns, Pharmaceutical grade chemical peels, Silk peel dermal infusions, Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion treatments, Acne treatments, Custom facials as well as lash and brow tinting.

Blanca Reinaltt

Blanca joined Capital Dermatology after graduating from The George Washington University with a BA in psychology and pre-medical background. She has been working with our team of dermatologists for the past 9 years, 6 of which she worked primarily as a medical assistant and gained a wealth of clinical dermatology knowledge.

As our Cosmetic and Laser Medical Assistant, Blanca strives to educate her patients on the importance of the right skin care products and various treatments while being vigilant of skin conditions that may require treatment by a dermatologist prior to her cosmetic services. Blanca has extensive experience performing microdermabrasion, chemical peels, lasers, and intense pulsed light treatments.

Blanca is well trained to work with different ethnicities and complexions; she understands the importance of finding the right treatments for patients of color to reach goals in the safest way possible. Her bilingual skills in English and Spanish allow her to reach an array of patients with fewer barriers in communication and greater opportunities for improvement.

As a native Virginian, Blanca greatly enjoys working with the DMV community and giving back to her home area. In her spare time, you can find her spending time with her baby boy and her Bichon Frise or working on crafts.
